I am a creative problem-solver with a love for design, storytelling, and making things actually work for people.
Throughout my decade long career in the SaaS industry, I have gained not only a deep understanding of user needs and a problem-solving mindset, but of how to effectively advocate for users by incorporating functional, human-centered design.
My experience in customer support, project management, and journalism taught me how to listen—to users, stakeholders, and even the unspoken frustrations hiding behind clunky interfaces. I bring that same storytelling instinct to my design work, ensuring that every product tells a clear, compelling, and user-friendly story.
When I’m not fine-tuning designs, you’ll find me exploring the town with my puppy dog, being the world’s best auntie to my niece and nephews, performing in local theatre and commercials, or rearranging my home for the umpteenth time this month. (Yes, I have a mild obsession with interior design too.)
